Health and beauty coincide with one another it is very important to remember that when thinking about Beauty.   The best way to note upon this is to keep in mind that if u look at every person that's in a fitness magazine or a beauty magazine is that they all mention a diet and workout program to keep themselves looking beautiful.

Working out is not only good for physical beauty but also one exponential glow about them.   When a person works out they get a rush of endorphins that helps to manage their outlook on not only the day but as well as how attractive they are. Working out with a proper workout routine well not only make one feel better in this aspect but because a person is feeling better and has that rush of endorphins that makes them  feeling good they actually look more beautiful.  

The proper work out is a key factor in one’s in looking more beautiful.   The proper workout is a key factor because it helps determine how a person looks and feels as far as health wise.   A major part that most American’s today don’t seem to get is that we need to run and have good cardio.   Running or doing any workout that well increase you cardio vascular muscles is good for looking better and feeling better the increased blood flow helps generate more oxygen in the body and helps to make communication with the rest of the body much easier.  

Another thing most people don’t realize with a proper workout routine is that yes no matter what you are doing you well lose weight but if you got  a good routine and you are working out all the time losing weight is defiantly going to happen but the drawback is that most people know just think about when they hit that scale is the factor that working out dose gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so yes you may see big results the first time you weigh yourself after working out for say two weeks straight but after that you will notice lees and less of a change because you muscles are building and making you weigh more even though you are losing fat which is what most people want to help them  look their best. So they have to keep that factor in mind when working out and having a regular routine.    Another factor is the proper diet.

The proper diet is a very important key factor when it comes to looking good and feeling good. It’s true that the average American does not have a good diet.   A good diet should involve all of the food pyramid but depending on what the person is going for in there looks or there workout routine depends on the diet they should have for themselves. Meat although it has a lot of bad factors to being eaten all the time is very healthy for you but depending on the meat depends on how long it stays in your system.   For example beef (red meat) for most people stays in your system for approximately Seventy four hours.

That’s not long when you think about it but if you are  eating red meat each and every day for more than one or two meals a day it adds up to a major build up in your system and you gastrula intestinal track becomes blotted.

This is part of the reason why so many American Males today have major issues with obesity.   A man could be in good health but be having such a poor diet when it comes to eating meat that granted he is in perfect health he has a massive gut.   We as humans were not meant to eat meat each and every day granted it has become a major American tradition but it’s not completely healthy or good for soma’s looks Most people say that poultry is a good substitute and it is by all means it is because it only stays in your system for a time period of fifty three hours witch again is not that long in general but still each and every day over time can still become a massive buildup in you system.

It is a lot better than red meat for you but still not the best meat to eat. Pork is hallway between red meat and chicken so don’t think that well be fine but is the best to eat because it’s not as well but there is a meat that only takes about twenty four hours to digest and that is fish.   Fish can be eaten each and every day and be out by the same time tomorrow when you go to eat again. It’s a good meat to eat more often in the week then the rest but as is with everything that is good for you there is also some draw back fish contains very low levels of mercury not enough to harm you right away it would take years of eating fish each and every day to create a massive enough build up for it to do any real damage but that is one of its downfalls.

Over all when it comes to proper dieting doing what you want is always important because eating is not only an instinct now but it’s a pleasurable thing.   A good way to look at things for the proper diet is everything in balanced proportions and you well be fine just keep in mind that what meats stay in your system longer and the draw backs to fish are and generate a proper diet around that knowledge and you can have a good diet that is healthy for you but in the end helps you lose weight and look better because of it.   When it comes to getting things done to release the toxins from your body there are many different ways of doing so but I am going to go over a few that well be better for your health and since you well be healthier you well look better.

Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. It does this mainly by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination.   The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin.   However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected. Here are a few ways to detoxify the body not all of them are particularly as healthy for you as others but they well help you detoxify so you can start looking better and feeling better.

1) Resting the organs through fasting.

Fasting thought good for detoxing your body is also a bit un healthy due to the fact that our body’s need nutrients and mineral’s granted yes we can go out and buy them from the store but out body excepts them better if we get them through the proper dieting and eating the right kind of foods.   Doing so well get our brains in gear to think that not only is it good for me but after time with the proper workout routine added to it your body well start to crave the things that the food has to offer so even if it’s something that you normally don’t like you well crave it.

2) Stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body;

This is a good one for a fast and crazy clean out of your body but there is a major downfall to it stimulating the liver granted that’s what the process is we only have one liver and granted it can be transplanted it cost a major amount of money that most normal people do not have.   It’s important to remember that and think to yourself if you’re in that category that I only got one liver I think I am going to keep it in good shape and form. If you happen to be in the other category it’s good to think like this as well because in the end it well save you a lot of money.

 3) Promoting elimination through the intestines, kidneys and skin.

Now this one on the one hand can be very good for you and make you feel very good wail doing and after but again there are draw back just as there is with anything that is good for your health like this in the first place.   You only have to kidneys and when you lose one it becomes very painful for a while to use the restroom but eventually you get used to the pain and struggle through it but is a hardship indeed and a draw back for the kidneys working any one particular organ to hard is going to where it out and make you pay for it later.

Releasing the toxins through the skin is a good way to get rid of the nasty toxins that are in one’s body but at the same time depending on how you do it you can choose where you want to release or just release them from all parts of the skin. Both the ways of real sing them through the skin is good but as always there are drawbacks to this way as well for instance releasing them throughout the skin in the body will make you skin a slightly off color and almost every toxin that a person releases from the body stinks and this is not a good thing when it comes too looking beautiful but doing so in the right way you can avoid this by picking the proper place on the body to excrete the toxins.  

4) Improving circulation of the blood;

this is always a good way to detoxify but it over all works through all the processes of detoxing and but it’s a good one because it works through all of them and dose not leave a specific mark on any one process in the body.   Not working on detoxing through one specific area of the body makes the body just as hard but in different areas you are still doing the same amount of detoxing but it might take a bit longer and you well have to keep your state of mind that I can no longer keep punishing my body with these toxin.

The only problem again with this process is that it takes a bit longer because it’s going through out all the body and doing so takes a bit more time even thought our hearts pump blood like crazy it still takes time to reach all the systems and come back. 

5) Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

This one here is particularly my favorite because it is the most natural if done thought proper dieting and nutrition.   This one mostly intakes that you just make sure you eat more fiber in your daily diet witch is not bad for you because over time building a good healthy fiber intake is really good for one’s body because it’s one of nature’s natural cleansers cleaning out your body naturally is one of the best ways to go but you can also overdo it and eat too much fiber and actually waste vital and important nutrients.  

With all things that make one’s body healthier it’s a double edge sword because it can also harm your body to a point that you are worse off than when you started.   The fiber breaks down whatever you in took into your body and sends the vital stuff where it need to go and also send the waste to the waste disposal area as for another part of your health Happiness helps out a lot.

There have been studies that show that your happiness is directly linked to your health. The attitude of one’s self and you’re outlook on life at times dose affect your health granted I don’t fully understand the mechanics of it happiness really linked to your health and vice versa your health is linked to your happiness when you for example see two people that look completely out of it and just look downright nasty there is usually a sad soul or angry soul behind their eyes.  Most people that are not happy with life have more health problems than those that are satisfied with life. If you are happy with life you are healthier and being healthier makes you look better when it comes down to it there is just something about being in a bad mood that makes us as humans think wow that person is not looking there best today a world renowned super model that is the most attractive super model on a bad day can look like medusa.

This over a period of time can make any person look really bad over time because there is a thing called muscle memory and if your face is in a bad mood over time your face well always look like it even if you are happy as can be. And when it comes to your health if you are really in a bad mood all the time your energy lowers because you don’t want to be doing what you’re doing or be around the people all the time.   After a while you just curl up inside a ball and seal yourself off from the world witch is not good either because after time you become sad granted your time away is a bit good for you to get out of the funky mood you were in you also need to know when it’s time to get back out there into the world and be around people.

Because we as humans crave socialization no matter how much any one may like to be alone them well always crave human contact in some way shape or form. What all this is coming down to is that when you’re always in a bad mood weather its sad or angry it messes with your health and makes you look like hell because that’s where you are at in an emotional state.   It also makes you have more health problems by making 1 not eat if you overly depressed witch causes weight loss but not in a good way you lose too much too fast and your body does not get the vitamins and  minerals it needs to survive. In an angry state witch I myself have been in before for long periods of times you are more prone to getting sick and having accidents witch still screws up your body. Injuring yourself and getting sick makes you look like bad as well when over all we all want to beautiful and happy people there are so many factors involved in doing so it’s a bit crazy but it’s a part of the life process and we can always improve on where we are at.   Making one’s self look beautiful can also be help and achieved by using natural supplements and natural techniques

Natural health and beauty supplements is always a good way to go when you still need a little bit of help or want to make your already good looking self even better.   The reason for this being is that when you use products like this or techniques like this it better for your health and works better one our body’s as humans.   Our body’s don’t like interceding in any way shape or form of things that are unnatural in our body’s like sweet and low or diet sodas for example there are crazy amounts of chemicals in those products that do not agree with our body’s yes our bodies can take them in a little bit at a time but they end up causing more problems then there helping.   This is why natural products and techniques are better because they provide our bodies with the vitamins and minerals we need to make our body’s look healthier.  

And as through the blog it’s been stated that looking healthier makes one look better and its true.   Natural beauty and healthy precuts and techniques are the better way to go because it’s not a faking it it’s for real like using lotion on ones skin to help it shine and be smoother the difference between natural lotions and ones with chemicals is easy to spot if you know what you’re looking for although there are those people it’s a bit harder to tell because they very between natural and chemical but it happens.  

With the skin care lotion a chemical lotion puts more oils in your skin that are not natural and makes you break out more and more likely to get rashes and so on.   With the natural lotions this is less likely to happen but always read the labels before grabbing a natural lotion or hand cream because if you are allergic to any of  the contents that are in the lotion you just made a big mistake that can be just as bad from the chemicals if not worse but either way you should always read the labels because it could happen with any product.
